Can I use this on a 1/16" thick aluminum angle?

Yes, but we usually turn the blade backwards that way it will not grab the thin metal, stop the blade or tear the metal up. Better will be when you use a very fine toothed blade, a fine plywood blade will do. Another good way will be to use a 3/8" piece of plywood together with the thin aluminum, keeping the aluminum on the bottom, or sandwich the aluminum between two pieces of plywood. The last method is also used when drilling large holes in thin metal. Good luck friend.Nick

Yes, work with BDCDMT120IA 20-volt Matrix Drill? I used this in my personal project, and cut amazing the wood 1" de tickness, practice and you will love it, the sound is like the saw 7", I recomend this Black & Decker BDCMTTS Matrix Trim Saw Attachment. Will it fit craftsman Bolt on drill 20v Max

I hate when people provide bad information through ignorance (see Timmy's answer). This will definitely fit the Craftsman Bolt-On. They are both made by Black & Decker, with the Craftsman one being re-branded. Every component is interchangeable, including batteries and attachments.

Will this cut to a specific and uniform depth (for example, can you set it to cut 1/2" on cement backer board that is attached to a wall?)

No, you cannot set the cutting depth. It is fixed. The maximum cut depth is 3/4" which means it will cut finished 1" boards. The only way you could get a 1/2" deep cut would be to fasten 1/4" thick material to the baseplate.
