DO NOT BUY!
This is a complete piece of crap from the design of the rack to the packaging. Half of the rack was sticking out of the packaging and all the fasteners, that arrived, were loose inside the box. Multiple missing washers and nuts. Also, the hitch crossbar is held in place by a bolt pressing against it, this will not survive for may trips.

Horrible item. Broke with 2 bikes on a Thule bike rack. Super thin metal. Made in China. Don’t buy!
