I am 5'5, standing tall and 140lbs. I ordered the medium and have the shoulder adjustment to the max which bunches up under the pit and the waist to nearly the max. It is stretchy material so if you are border line on size go down. I am ordering the small to see if it is better

The only reason I gave 4 stars was not long enough in torso. I'm 5'9" very long in torso comes under my ribs.Otherwise great sturdy fabric. Well made. Magnets work well on MY back . Pain recedes after an hour. I would buy again. Perhaps large.

We ordered two of these. One Lg one XL after looking at the size chart we decided this would be our best bet. The XL fits my husband great (2XL shirt size) and he wears it comfortably; but can’t see a difference in back pain. The LG was WAY TOO SMALL!! I typically wear a men’s large shirt and this was so small my 11 year old son barely fit! That’s with it fully extended. When I tried it on, it felt like I was going to have to dislocate my shoulders to get it off! Hopefully I can get a refund.

Very good quality and made with thicker material that those from Rchengqush.This is my second one purchased from Puppymate and I am very happy with them.Sizing is a little tight. Suggest you buy the next size up.Don't be tricked into buying the ones for Rchenqush. They are made with cheaper/thinner material. One from Puppymate is about the same size as two of the ones from Rchengqush. They trick you into buying because of the low price. Once they arrive from China they say they will refund your money but only after you pay the shipping cost back to China. Of course, that would be very expensive for the individual shipper.READ THE REVIEWS!! I will never buy anything directly from China again.Even Amazon is now warning you about the problems with Rchengqush.

My husband ordered a Large based on their size chart. It was to small. We wanted to do an exchange for one size larger but they only had a XXL. So we had to just had to return it. He needed an XL. The material was very nice and we wished we could have ordered a XL.

Not obvious different other than reminding you that you didn't seat correctly since it will be pulling you, can't say it have much support on the aluminum brace, it's just so weak and small. It does make me feel better to tighten my muscles, but don't seem to give me any support at all.

Very cheap...not very useful, 6$ dollars more will get you a decent one. Running on the small side.
