Listen, first of all my skin is sensitive. But during pregnancy I got the worse leg cramps. This stuff does not feel good on my skin by itself. I found the trick though I'd apply lavender lotion first and then spray this on top. Without a doubt I did not go a day without spraying this all over my legs and feet. It worked wonderfully when I did it that way and I never had a cramp again!!! And if your wondering which lotion I mixed it with it is Organic Sleepy Body Lotion from 8 sheep organics. This stuff works. If you need a little magnesium boost, go ahead and spray this on. I found that I liked it best on my feet, belly, and legs. Unless they are freshly shaved- then it can sting a little, so keep that in mind. I have used it successfully as a deodorant. Magnesium is great as a deodorant and i see more and more formulations using magnesium in them. I often take a couple of magnesium pills at night and then use the spray in the morning. A couple of times that I used the spray and took the pills at the same time, I found that I had hit the upper end of my threshold for magnesium for that short time. No fun having to get up in the night to use the bathroom.Other than that, this is a wonderful way to reap the benefits of magnesium. I also buy their flakes and take baths, ir soak my feet, and sometimes make my own magnesium spray (so save the bottle)By the way, it is not an Oil, so no worries on it feeling like anything other than a watery mist. It dries fully, and dries clear. Though for some they may notice some fine white specks. Just brush them off!

I purchased the Life-Flo Pure Magnesium Oil for use on my feet and body, but unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Upon spraying it, I felt a burning sensation, which I initially dismissed, thinking my body just needed to adjust due to magnesium deficiency. However, after a few days of use, the skin on my palms and the soles of my feet became severely scorched and started peeling. Every area I applied it to developed a rash, became dark, and began stripping. This product is definitely not suitable for sensitive skin. I strongly advise against buying it if you have any skin sensitivities.

This was recommended to me. It definitely definitely works. However, it burns it's easy to use and the price is unmatched. Good for using if you're having pain
