Coolerguys 12v Ultra Quiet Fan for Pi Devices, 3D Printers, and Microelectronics (40x20mm)

Really quiet. I replaced the noisy vent fans on my tiny camper with these. They move less air than the others, but are so quiet they're almost unnoticeable.

I have tested many for noise. Seems like most have exaggerated noise figures but this one is close. A quiet fan but not the best. The tradeoff will normally come from the size changes. Some quiet fans will have a thicker profile (longer duct and slower RPM) and not be useable in tight installation areas. This one is small in size. Nice fan.

Low power, quiet, great price, great quality. Pushes enough air to keep the heat sink on a 5W Stereo Class D Amplifier cool at near full volume.

Perfect replacement part for my 40mm X 10mm extruder fan on my 3D printer. Only reason I'd give it 4 stars is that the polarity was backwards. The fan is super quiet though. Would definitely recommend as a replacement part for similar applications.

Bought this 50x50x10 mm 12v fan to replace a fan on my Fox Alien Masuter CNC. Perfect fit and actually runs cooler than the original. Direct plug in replacement. Only issue was in the Amazon delivery as the fan was put in a good sized delivery envelope and left on the porch, on a windy day. It had blown to the side of my lot and took me a bit to find it.

Very loud! Cannot even stay in the same room it is so loud, waste of money.

Picked this up to get a better hotend cooling fan on my converted Anycubic Mega X. Because Anycubic is no longer supporting the Mega X, I converted the hotend and hotend carriage to the Ender-3 style. I printed a shroud for the conversion and after buying a new carriage I discovered the print I made was designed for a 4020 cooling fan instead of the 4010 stock sized fan. As Ender printers use a 24v power supply, I had already bought a 4010 12v kit to work with the Mega X power supply. This fan replaces that 12v 4010 fan and works fantastically. This fan is going in my saved parts so that I can replace it when the fan wears out.

I bought these to use a part cooling fans for my 3Dprinter. They are very quiet, almost completely silent. However, they problem is that they just don't move any air, and that makes them useless as part cooling fans.

I was using a Noctua fan is supposed to be quiet. It got noisy after a few years of use. Was looking for a quiet fan to replace it and decided to try this. The cooler guys quiet fan really lives up to its name. I can hardly hear it at arms length. Forgot it was there after a while. Highly recommend
