Works well. I needed a female thread rather than a male thread but was able adapt this one. Also superglued existing hand on to a trimmed down version of the one supplied as more elegant.

A previous review stated a normal clock without the minute hand was received but the one sent to me revolves correctly, as stated, to show the tides. It is also silent with no loud click. Attached my tide face for this mechanism.

Got this because the movement in tidal clock stopped working, delivery took 2 days but that did include a Sunday new movement was easy to fit but as my clock has a black face I turned the hand round and used the silver side. Movement works very well and seems to do the 12 hour 25 minute rotation very pleased with it but shame they don't do a silver hand.

Fitted mechanism to my tide clock and unlike 5 previous ebay so-called 'tide' clocks this one actually stays in step with the tides.

I bought this to make my own tide clock. The instructions are good, everything was securely packaged and the mechanism works perfectly!
