COATS S910-2250 Dual Duty XP General Purpose Thread, 250-Yard, Red, 1.75 x 1.25 x 1.25

Purchased this thread to make face masks from a tightly woven cotton fabric. It keeps snapping and breaking. While it's not terribly expensive, it unnecessarily makes my task more difficult. I will not purchase again.

Needed a new thread to use to make masks for the pandemic, my machine was not a fan of whatever thread I had in the case for years and kept breaking. This stuff was slick and the machine operated beautifully after switching to it. Color is very steadfast and hasn't faded after many washings. My new favorite!

just a note, this thread has a weird horizontal thread line going thru it so it gets caught on some fabrics and causes a NIGHTMARE. its not silky or smooth like i thought i was ordering. so weird. just be aware it has a texture to it. once you get it going and adjust your machine it SHOULD be fine but damn is it annoying

Great thread. I used this for a Christmas fabric basket project using fleece material, corded piping, and thick interfacing. It held up very well with no breakage issues! Thin/average thread. Beautiful color. Would recommend!

I searched for heavy duty red thread. I already had skimpy red thread. This was not what I wanted.I am tired of being misled by Amazon searches. I also want to know why there isn't a filter for made in USA. Gradually I am moving away from Amazon.

Great color and quality. Flowed through my 50yo Singer like butter.

But it’s really small. Not worth what it costs because of that. I’ll be lucky if it lasts to make a doll dress

patched up a blanket and the color worked super well and good thread very strong
