I was reluctant to buy these because I was looking for brushes to clean the primer pocket, But, I am glad I did buy these instead of brushes. These clean the primer pocket in the case very well and I believe they'll last longer than brushes. I recommend these for primer pocket cleaning.

These are a great tool for primer pocket cleaning - for brass with both large & small primer pockets. I chuck these in a corded drill with variable speed. All it takes is a second at low speed to get all the crud out of the primer pockets. The machining is also well done - sturdy & robust. I only wish they would sell individual tools - these only seem to come in the large/small package pairing.

This is a great set. I just got mine in and started using it - works as advertised. The only thing that I noticed is that it seems to take off just a bit of brass in the primer pocket - the wire bristles of the original RCBS unit never did. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase!

I bought this tool because i was tired of the wire tools that bent and fell apart. I got it today (a day early i might add) and took it down to see how it works. I cleaned the pockets of a little over 400 308 cases in about an hour and a half give or take. I am more than satisfied with this tool. In fact it works better and faster than anything i have ever used. If you decide to buy this set, i can promise you that you will not be disappointed. It was money very well spent. I use these for all calibers, usually on the Lyman Case Prep, and they clean pockets very well. When doing 9mm I hold the cleaner in my hand and spin it. It literally gets all of the carbon out with one quick spin and no pressure! I'm ordering another set so I can keep them on my reloading bench for hand use
