I had 4 piercings done in September 2019; 3 lobes and 1 helix, and they went through phases of being on the mend and then getting infected and not healing, making my ears really tender. I was struggling with blister like sores on my lobes and a keloid on my helix. I had 3 piercings in my lobes already, which were done when I was much younger and had absolutely no problems with those healing, so it was a shock to me that I was having this trouble.Cleaning with rock salt water wasn't helping much for the 6-7 months I'd had the piercings. However after just a week of using this kit, my piercings felt much better. I've now been using the kit for 4 weeks and I can say that they are certainly healing. The sores on my lobes have completely disappeared, although my keloid is still persisting, but has gone down significantly.I use the kit as per the instructions and the results have been great. I have seen a couple of reviews saying that the product irritated some people's skin, which is a shame. Luckily I haven't had this issue and the products get on fine with my skin.I'd highly recommend this product for anyone struggling with their piercings healing.

For the past 10 years I had been cleaning my ears and piercings with alcohol rub (my piercest told me to when I first got them done). But infections always came back. I tried this and my ears were soothed instantly and by the next day the infection had gone away. I definitely recommend!

Just to clarify I've used this once as I've just recieved it.I used the soap and swabs and the spray. The soap had leaked everywhere in the box and everything was all slimy which also tells me that it isnt air tight and sterile. Apart from that, my piercings feel really clean after using that. I then used the swabs which were quite disappointing, there's not enough liquid in them to really feel satisfied that you've used them. Lastly the spray which is the saving grace. This has left me with a nice cooling feeling on my piercings which were sore after a day of fake smiling at work 🤣 not going to lie, they even already look less red. All in all would recommend if you don't mind a little leakage.

Love this kit always buy it when I have a new piercing the earbuds are so handy , easy and convenient to use and the spray and soap wash is perfect to keep clean and bacteria free

Well I used this about 3 weeks. My first piercing works great 👍 but I got a new piercing and this time my ear has blisters, red and just so soreSo I have to stop usingSo maybe use for a short time

Spent the extra money on this kit hoping the buds were not cotton buds (you’re not supposed to use cotton buds on piercings as it gets stuck). The box came opened and soap had leaked. Save your money or just buy the items individually. There is a cleansing spray triple the size for £5. That’s pretty much all you need. This kit is just bollocks

So with having to wear a mask all the time it kept on hooking on my Cartledge piercings and because of that it got Infected so I tried everything to get it to go down and a few thing kinda worked but not as good as people where saying so I was getting some more after care when I came across tattoo goo and read the reviews and thought want the heck let’s try that I have tired everything else and within two day I notice a difference and know that I have been using it for a little over two week my piercings are almost healed I really Recommend the stuff

The item is amazing. But let me recount the story. I got a nose piercing on my right side. I initially did not use this product and did not follow aftercare instructions thus I got a bump on my nose. I got this product and started using it and the bump got better but did not go away. After a couple of weeks my piercer said it was best to call it quits on that piercing and pierce the other side so my right side could heal. I followed his advice and removed the piercing and got a new piercing on my left side. This time I did follow aftercare instructions and used this product as recommended on the box with my new piercing and the side that needed healing. I’m glad to report that the new piercing and my right side are healing right on track. No bumps on the new piercing and the bump on my left side went down completely. Moral of the story. Follow aftercare instructions and use this product from the beginning. Save yourself issues, pain and money by following instructions from your piercer and using their product; The soap especially for the first couple of days. Then you can do the sprays. I hope this helps someone out there! I put pictures of my right side after using the product and the bump went down. The second picture is after the piercing was removed and the bump healed and the third is of my piercing on my left side looking great!

I love it. The products work and keep my piercing clean, germ free and healthy. I would recommend for anyone with a piercing or tattoo. I like the 3 different ways you can clean your piercings/tattoos. I use to use H2 Ocean but I switched to this because for 3 dollars more than the H2 ocean you get 3 products instead of just one and works just as good. My only suggestion is not to overuse the products because they will dry out over than that can't complain. I will be buying more when I run out. Glad I came across this. Don't let the 20z bottles fool you yeah that is small, but you only need one squirt of each and a little of the antibacterial soap.

I had used every option I knew to treat my infected daith piercing. Sea salt soaks, salience rinses, diluted tea tree oil. You name it i did it. I thought it was past the point of no return and I would have to go see a doctor. I saw this and thought I would give it a shot. Within 48 hours it was down half the size! These photos are about a week and a half apart so it’s not fully healed yet but you can see the obvious improvement. My regimen is pouring warm water over my daith for about a minute or two to soften the piercing. You just need a little cup and i do it over the sink. A lot of people were upset that they ran out of soap. I’ve been using barley a pea sized drop to try and save as much as I can and frankly it’s such a small area that that’s more than enough. So I put a drop on my finger and lightly massage were the piercing enters and exits. I move the piercing around a little so the soap actually gets into the infection. After I feel it’s been cleaned enough again I just rinse it with water. Since the daith is such a tricky spot I usually wet a q tip and just make sure there’s no soap left and I use this an an opportunity to try and get any gunk out. But again do this very gently and lightly we don’t want to irritate in the process. I do the wash in the morning and at night. After the wash during the day I put the blue spray so just the saline. Then at night I just the pink one so the more powerful treatment. I spray them after drying the area. Then I just let the spray sit on there. Remember DONT TOUCH YOUR PIERCING! Also when you go to wash it make sure you wash you hands before and after. Besides that absolutely great product I would REALLY RECOMMEND to any one.

I got this product because a few people at work recommended it to clean/care for my new eyebrow peircing. This is my third peircing so I'm still a little new and was worried it was rejecting and not healing right. At first the products worked great and I noticed improvement but I ended up with chemical burns from using the germicidal spray either too often or too soon after using the saline solution. I love the soap and will continue to use it and will pick up using the saline spray and germicidal spray after the burns heal. Over all I think it's a great product but if you have sensitive skin I would just stick to the soap or use the two sprays sparingly.
