Very sturdy!
This hat is very sturdy and nice! My son has been using it daily since it arrived, and as you can imagine, a 2 year old boy is not the most gentle with his toys! The sizer inside is nice and seems pretty sturdy too.The only thing that would make it even better is if it could get wet. There are stickers so we don’t let him take it outside much, but if it could go outside i would give this hat 10 stars!!

My daughter wanted to be a firefighter for her career day at her Daycare, so I got this set... She really loved it... The hat is very sturdy and so are the other accessories... You can actually open the fire extinguisher and add water to it...

Best gift ever
Not a lot to spend on a gift that is used every single day (in the last 3 months) by our 2 year old grandson. He has been known to take it to bed with him and wears it most of the time. This has led to his being seen by real firefighters who invited him to sit in their truck. Money well spent!

Sturdy
This hat is just what I wanted. My 18-month-old received a plastic fireman hat from our local department but it was a lightweight plastic hat they keep in the truck to give out to kids (which I think is a great idea!). It cracked easily so I went to Amazon to look for a replacement. This is STURDY - I don't see it breaking. It's been thrown on the floor and tossed around... not a scratch. My little one has a larger head, and with the interior strap, this fits nicely.

Great Table Decorations!
Our church holds an annual picnic dinner for the town's first response personnel. These were bought, in addition to policeman hats and other emergency toy vehicles for table decorations. The first responders loved them! And it's great that they can be used each year!
