Difficult to attach zoom
Although the zoom lens is great, it takes a lot of patience and time to attach it to your phone. First, you have to remove your phone from any casing it may be kept in. Then, positioning the lens so that it is in line with the camera lens can be frustrating. Zoom lens MUST be aligned perfectly with the camera's. Moving it off-center in any direction less than 1/84" makes it useless.

Good product, easy to learn to use.
Had some doubts about this item, but doubts are gone and am enjoying the product. Easy to use, fits on any phone, and handy when I don't have my camera with me. Have played with the product for a week now, and I have no complaints. It takes a little practice to learn the how to use and line up the different lens, but that is true for any camera option I use on my Canon equipment. For the price, it is a good selection.

Sometimes you have to actually read the directions. And then it gets easy
The media could not be loaded. I was so frustrated with this telephoto lens UNTIL I read directions. I feel very silly when I found out how easy it is to actually use this telephoto lens. Although other lens are pretty self-explanatory, for the telephoto len you have to read the directions. There's a great little PDF it comes with this. But I made a video to make it even easier hope that it works for you. Couple special pro tips in the video so make sure you watch that. It will take you from 45 minutes an hour frustrating trying to manipulate this telephoto lens to literally seconds of not little less than a minute.Longshots of up to 2 miles examples within the video. I could tell you there are some great pros and cons about this which of the list here and show you there.Pros:expertly crafted lensesgreat designafter the learning curve super easy to use (read the PDF)fantastic video and photography available through these lensestelephoto within seconds 25 times accuracyconverts into a standard telescope (bipod)Conspeople will read the directions (a lease I didn't)I can't think of anything elseEvery complaint that I see on here including my original review are out overridden, at least on the telephoto part, by taking a few seconds to master putting the telephoto lens on. Pro tip in the video is to put the holder on without the lens to line up the camera. It's okay I'll show you how to do it once you learn this is the easiest thing you've ever done with your phone.Hey do me a favor if you find this review helpful click the help link below have a great day. There simply at the time of these out here make sure you click lying below to get the one that I'm doing this review on.This one!https://amzn.to/2Lh4Qa5

Meh...
In theory this is great. The kit itself is well organized and has lots of bells and whistles. However, by the time you get the lens situated just right, you’re kind of over the moment that you were trying to capture. I used this with an iPhone 11 and I always felt like it left a halo around my photos, which I found to depreciate the integrity of the photo. Maybe it’s just not best suited for an iPhone 11?

No zoom in the tele zoom
Everything worked fine, except for the 25X telephoto zoom. This lens magnifies and lets me focus by rotating a ring in the middle. However, it doesn’t let me zoom and this was disappointing, since I like the freedom to find the best framing for my photos. Is this really a telephoto zoom lens or just a telephoto lens? All lenses come with covers on both sides.

A real bargain, although not easy to use.
When this first arrived, I found it difficult to use. I complained, and got a phone call from China from Mr. Johnny Zhu, who wanted to make me happy! He sent me photos showing the best way to mount the lens (put the clip on first, center it on the lens, and then screw in the telephoto). It is difficult to use, but it works remarkably well when care is taken in the adjustment. It is a remarkably inexpensive way to get a real telephoto.

GREAT VALUE, cute case and kit includes tons!
GREAT VALUE, cute case and kit includes tons! - Lens is super, I tried it out, a tiny bit unfocused but for quick and dirty like bird watching it should be good. Tripod is cute and smartphone gripping mount for tripod was a bonus, forgot I was getting those. I thought it would include as several other HUGE phone lens kits do a remote and app to take a photo by button press of the remote, but not included.. The giant zoom lens screws into a plastic clothes-pin like large clip with plastic screw threads, be careful not to break, and also the circular area slides UP AND DOWN to align with lens on your smartphone but slide-ey ness is annoying, wish it had a means to lock once slid and aligned. Tough to while in CAMERA mode align the ZOOM over your camera LENS so that not partially blocked, perhaps the Manufacturer has YouTube videos teaching how to get most out of the kit?? Cheerio
