Just what it says it is. However, even after trimming the plastic, the card doesn’t fit easily in a billfold slot.

Bright and clear
This is a great card to give all your pertinent information to whoever might need it in an emergency. Easy to see, simple to fill out and put in a promenade place. Don't forget your blood type too.

A little too large
This product consists of two cards and two Scotch Self-Seal laminating pouches. So I guess it's worth it. My problem was that the top and bottom sides of the card were too far apart for the completed, laminated product to fit into a billfold insert--even when trimmed as much as I dared. So I tried to put it into the one "window" of my billfold and the other dimensions got in the way! It now shares the area for bills, but it is more likely to be missed or lost at that location. If you want to fit this card into an insert, first trim all dimensions of the card as much as you can, then laminate, then trim closely again.

Everyone should have this!
Comes with everything! Then be sure to give physician a copy for your file and have one card in your wallet and POST ONE ON YOUR REFRIGERATOR, because that is where fire personnel will check!
