Rather go to a local mom n pop bedding store and get a custom made side pillow for 1/3rd of the price.

Attempt to cheat by sending smaller size pillow
So far I've made three orders from them. First I ordered two standard size pillows but they delivered one standard and one small sized pillows. I didn't return the smaller one as my kid wanted to keep it. Then I ordered another small sized for my other kid but they had sent extra small pillow. Again I couldn't return as my kid liked the extra small. Recently I ordered standard size again. But they've sent a small sized pillow. I raised replacement request mentioning incorrect size being sent. Then they've sent a replacement with correct/standard size.I understand they might've packed a wrong size for once. But how they always send smaller size than what was ordered in all my three orders. I suspect they are trying to scam by sending smaller sizes as the price difference is significant.Otherwise I like the pillows a lot. I've been using them for more than a year and no change in their shape. Perfect for supporting your hand and leg when sleeping side ways.

Wrong product supplied / shipped
Ordered a set of bolster pillows and got a completely different product that was supplied. Now need to return this and again wait for a week (I guess) for the bolster pillows to be supplied.However do want to acknowledge that the “White Willow” pillow that was wrongly shipped was a good fabric cover & soft & comfortable memory foam……hopefully will be the same quality for the bolster pillow too.

Good product
This is a quality product from white willows. Is expensive but worth the money spent. Happy with the purchase. Is a genuine memory foam.
