Q: I bought 2, both stopped connecting to bluetooth, although said they were ?

I bought one, really well made but would not charge up.works ok when plugged in and the Bluetooth seems ok.

Q: I can't get 1 microphone to work? Tried both sockets

See if the socket works by trying both mics in each. You know one Mike works so try that one in both. If it works the other Mike sounds faulty.
