This is exactly what I was looking for. It is a great little portable CD player. I take it out on the porch and play my favorite CDs. You can take it anywhere you want a little music....any room in your home or outside on a porch or patio. Has plenty of volume. Have not tried to play it in a vehicle yet. I am using the 2 AA batteries and it is fine with the built in speaker. I recommend this player for someone like me who just wanted to sit outside or anywhere and play some favorite CDs that they like to listen to. PS don't "lock" the button on the bottom of the player or it won't play....took me a minute to figure that out once I looked in the instruction book. Good purchase. Hope it lasts a long time, but if not, would buy another one.

When the unit originally purchased did not work to my satisfaction, I immediately returned the portable CD player to Amazon the same day it was received. In addition, I posted a negative review of the product. Within days the company reached out to me and offered a replacement at no charge. Although I delayed responding for a month or more, the customer service representative continued to communicate their willingness to resolve my problem and were very courteous. I finally agreed to accept a replacement.The replacement unit (Naviskauto portble CD player) works perfectly. Excellent sound reproduction. Easy to use and operate. a very good buy for the money.

Got this compact CD player for my 2017 Honda Civic which didn’t have a built in CD player. Missed not having a CD player to listen to music while driving through areas with poor radio reception. This player with built in speakers allows me and my family to enjoy listening to our favorite artists. I connect the player to the car’s USB port for power— no need for batteries. I wish that there was setting to control sound quality, e.g. bass/treble. Player is compact that that I’m able to keep in glove compartment when not using. Also wish that player came with a storage pouch. Overall, I am satisfied with this CD player

This is a perfect little thing. The speakers are clear and the volume is loud enough that I can exercise without earphones. The most important feature for me, and the reason why I purchased this particular CD player, is that it resumes play where you left off.With COVID-19, I am expanding at an alarming rate, so unless I want to be as wide as I am tall, exercise has become critical. Unfortunately, I don't like to exercise. At all. However I've found that listening to audio books really helps me get on my bike(s) and actually move. With my old CD player it was VERY annoying to try to figure out where a story left off when I ended a session. With this one, you don't have to try to remember what track you were on, or where in the track you were, you just turn the thing on and it begins exactly where it ended! Just what I wanted.

It’s more than I expected from a portable CD player. The sound quality is great and the features of enable speed control, speaker quality and stop/reverse. It’s compact for storage also. No bulky equipment! There is no skipping either. I esp like that I can use with an adapter to plug in, saving replacing batteries, which it does have for mobile purposes if needed. If someone is looking for an inexpensive portable CD player this is the one to try! You won’t be disappointed

Pro: InexpensiveUPDATE: I MAILED IT BACK TODAY FOR REFUND. AMAZON REALLY MAKES IT EASY TO RETURN ITEMS! Con: Does not work!! Complete waste of money. Threw away box so probably cannot return, going to check it out and come back to update. Have put several cd's in it and the player will not read them. Keeps saying "NO CD". Bought this for my 79 yr old dad..........wouldn't buy again anyway because the buttons are hard to see and there are too many choices.

Love finding a portable CD player WITH SPEAKERS because my car does not have an audio port. I’ve really enjoyed my books on CD because of this player ... no ear pieces!The only two negatives. It’s difficult to get the batteries out; very snug fit.AND, last week, the off button stopped working. I can still use the player in my car because it’s plugged in. If I wasn’t using it in my car, I imaging the batteries would be dead all of the time or I would need to remove the batteries every time I use it.

I listen to audio books on CD while driving and chose this because my new car has no CD player and I don't like using my phone for audio books. Unlike most portable CD players, this one has its own speakers, so if I want to finish listening to an audio book when I'm not in my car, I can. I have not tried the battery power yet, but the usb power works fine, and the aux jack works with my car's audio speakers. I've had it for a week and my only complaint is if I miss hearing something I have to go back to the beginning of the track and can't just back up a little bit. But maybe I just haven't discovered how to do that yet.
