Prompt, friendly and professional
I have nothing but praise for Asurion in regard to their exceptional customer service and hassle-free warranty resolution. I didn't have a good experience with my recent rowing machine purchase. After only a few months of usage, the unit malfunctioned and needed service. I wasn't sure what to expect before I called Asurion for assistance. The experience blew me away. I am so thankful that I purchased the extended warranty from Asurion. They listened to my issues with the rowing machine, and promptly granted a full refund. I wasn't expecting a full refund. I was prepared to deal with a service tech visit run-around. I am happy to say I couldn't be more wrong. The resolution (full refund) was not asked for, and I was speechless when Asurion so quickly offered to make my condition right. I cannot recommend Asurion enough for any and all applicable purchases. I have never had such a good experience with warranty resolution in my life. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Asurion! My concern is that it’s not safe for my mother to ride as it wobbles and pulls to the right
I hired a Mechanic to assemble the bike. My concern is that it’s not safe for my mother to ride as it wobbles and pulls to the right. Bike pulls to right both while using the peddles and also the motor. The Mechanic that assemble the bike noticed the rear axle wiggles on the right side even though it has a bearing near the chain. Other issues is the front wheel instructions differ from notes on Front Wheel itself. (Image number 4738 & 4739) The diagram on front wheel makes reference to protective hook that was not included. In instructions 3.5 states, “Assembling the front wheel, tells you to remove the gasket but no picture of gasket removed. Image number 4737. The Front light is either defective or don’t know how to turn on. I Have Contacted MOONCOOLl Electric Tricycle and hope to be able to fix problems as bike would be nice if worked

Claim was a bit glitchy but was resolved satisfactorily, so Asurion is recommended...
Purchased to cover an adult electric tricycle, trike electronics failed eleven months in (long after makers warranty on electrical had expired but only halfway through extended warranty) Asurion demands I ship to them to evaluate for repair/replacement/payout (understandable but spendy on a large ~100# box) but will not provide a label or arrange pick-up (they stated UPS would pickup next business day but no-showed and have no record of a scheduled pickup). Only purchased the extended warranty plan because they did honor a claim years before on a different product without hassles so I thought it would be good if needed... (update) Eventually got through to support and pick-up was rescheduled and UPS promptly lost the package (claimed "refused by recipient and returning to sender" just a few hours after pick-up although destination several states away, and package didn't come back even after two months...), once it was determined the trike was lost claim was paid promptly. Rating revised to five stars accordingly!

I was hoping more to get in touch with a local bike shop. Let them put eyes on it even if it was a I pay for the service and submit my invoice for reimbursement Anyway it was far easier than that. Thank you guys so much.

Asurion is good but their partners are very slow
The time taken was 4 months but it was because of the vendor they had partnered with (Levt service) for repair but upon them saying nothing can be done I got my money promptly. Do recommend using asurion

Easy To Use, Does The Job
My elliptical died on me. One minute cycling along, in the zone-- the next the strides are all uneven and just, well, WONKY. Try to remember if I got insurance on it-- because this elliptical was a HUGE birthday gift, but it was over a year ago! Hit the Asurion slash amazon website, and I was easily able to see that yes, I had bought the insurance on it, and filed a claim-- the longest delay was with me figuring out where the serial number even is on my machine. I got a full refund, and you can BET that I bought the insurance when I ordered the replacement equipment! It takes Bad Luck from a $900 problem to replace my mental health machine, to more like a $150-$250 problem, between the costs of the insurance, the increased prices, and the taxes. ALWAYS BUY THE INSURANCE!
