Skinless, bones, fillet, nice and pink as it should be, sandwich fillet but easy munchy big snack with lots of protein, drain the juice a little and dig in. Fillet is almost the full can size. Normal water/juice, but I drain it the dig in. Price has come down so since no other company seems to offer fillets the price is good.

This is the only canned salmon I've ever had that I could stand, and I like this one a lot. It's a great go-to when I'm hungry and want something I can eat Right NOW. It's a much better choice than most other instant gratification options like chips or sugary things. You just pop open the can, dish it up, and dig in. Be careful opening the can, though, so you don't spill the liquid.

I would give 5 stars for the first couple of tins for texture and flavor but then I received two cans with comprised lids that I had to toss. I don’t know if this was about the product’s disposition from the manufacturer or Amazon’s warehouse mishandling but it was a shameful waste.
