Why???????
Why would anyone buy a pedal that needs to be rebuilt every six months?I had these pedals many years ago, about 15 years ago and they were so easy to click into, it was like a magnet touching a piece of metal, you would just feel a slight click and you were in.They lasted for about two years and then I started to fly out of them every time I sprinted so I didn't trust them any more.I guess it was rebuild time but I went to speedplays and have had them ever since.I liked the float and light weight of the bebops.

The best pedal - need for rebuild very rare
I have only had to rebuild a Bebop pedal once, and the kit was provided by the seller at no charge after contacting them. I have them on 3 bikes. One MTB, and two road bikes. My main road bike gets about 150 miles a week. I have gone many thousands of miles without needing a rebuild. Sometimes the springs of the cleat get a little dry and stuck. I little lube and pushing them in a bit with a small tool brings them back to fantastic!I love these pedals. They are lighter than other racing road pedals, yet you can walk with them, and they are double sided entry. Also, their is no float tension, so it feels like you are locked onto the pedal with magnets. Highly recommended.
