i've only been doing tang soo do for a little less than a year and these books really have helped me clear up any questions that i have without having to continually ask my dons. the pictures do a pretty good job of showing the proper stance but it would be nice to sometimes have a few more pictures for additional clarity.as a whole, i would highly recommend these to anyone just starting or that tends to forget what they did a few months ago. :)

Best purchase I've ever made was better than expected perfect shape. My favorite book right now. Delivery was also very fast earlier than time posted.

I like this book a lot and would recommend it to anyone who is taking Tang Soo Do. The breakdown of each movement makes it easy for anyone who is new to the art to follow. This is a great manual to use for individual practice in conjuction with a formal class.
