Good looking, comfortable, simple design and well made
A nice basic rain jacket by HH. The design is not so sporty and more urban, less bulky, perhaps a bit more refined. The material is rubbery but feels quality and is likely good in the rain. Sizing is right. Well priced.

Great Raingear
I’m 5-10, 182 and size lg fits perfectly. Even have some room for layers if it gets cold. Wore this in a downpour and I stayed dry.

Very nice
Works very nice. I like the fact that it is not describing the product as water resistant but rather waterproof which is important to me. Well made

Doesn't breathe, but keeps you drier than a $2 steak
So, unless you can shell out $400 for an Arc'teryx raincoat, you have to choose between "breathable" and "waterproof". The HH jacket definitely isn't breathable, so it can get a little muggy in there, but it will keep you drier than a $2 steak for hours, even in heavy rain. I mainly use it for wilderness backpacking, canoe trips, and camping. It's not light, but it's dependable and so far - no rips or punctures. The interior pockets are a total head-scratcher, one side of the pocket is basically open, making it almost completely useless (I can stick a beanie or gloves in there, that's about it). I also wish the hood was bigger. I like to wear a baseball cap when I use the hood because it barely covers up to my hairline. At this price point, I'm pretty happy with it and would recommend it to others.

Dont travel unless you take a Moss Helly Hansen Hooded Waterproof Jacket Windproof Raincoat
Helly-Hansen Men's Moss Helly Hansen Hooded Waterproof Jacket Windproof Raincoat was a lifesaver in the Costa Rican rainforest. With Covid, we got "stuck" in Costa Rica for five months, I heard the rain was going to be a challenge in Costa Rica and we knew it was going to be hot. The Helly-Hansen Men's Moss Helly Hansen Hooded Waterproof Jacket Windproof Raincoat was the perfect solution. It was incredible how Helly-Hansen Men's Moss Helly Hansen Hooded Waterproof Jacket Windproof Raincoat kept me dry when I had them on during the tropical rains during the rainy season. I lived in this raincoat anytime I had to go out in the rain. I highly recommend the Helly-Hansen Men's Moss Helly Hansen Hooded Waterproof Jacket Windproof Raincoat for anyone traveling to an area where tropical rain storms is a possible issue. You do not want to get drenched by a tropical storm at any time, but especially if you are in a country that may not have rain gear on every corner. Helly-Hansen Men's Moss Helly Hansen Hooded Waterproof Jacket Windproof Raincoat is a key part of my travel kit that I take with me when I travel the world. Perfect for the boat or the rain forest! The Helly-Hansen Men's Moss Helly Hansen Hooded Waterproof Jacket Windproof Raincoat and matching pants are perfect to pack since they are so light and don't take much space in the luggage

Bought this coat for hubby to wear in Iceland. Nice coat. Since coming home he has worn the coat daily. Works well in rainy/snowy weather.

Freakin’ Great
Fits like a glove, only it’s got holes. Wait, I should probably explain; you don’t necessarily want a glove with holes (unless it’s one of those specialized gloves, say for weightlifting or those hobo-style gloves that were hip back in the 80s), but in this case, the holes are a good thing because you need someplace for your hands to stick out. I want to be clear: these holes are at the end of the sleeves. I guess that’s pretty standard for jackets and coats; even shirts and blouses. They all have holes for your hands. I’m not saying this jacket is weird or unusual with regard to the holes. All upper body garments have holes where your hands stick out. Well, maybe not ponchos. But it could be argued that a poncho has one giant hole where your hands stick out - along with your arms and your entire body, below the neck. You know? The “top” of the hole - that’s where your head sticks out. I’m just clarifying so I don't give the wrong impression. I have no complaints whatsoever. This jacket is fantastic.

Muy buena calidad del material, liviana y completamente impermeable. Tiene resortes en la capucha y parte inferior para tener un cierre más hermético contra la lluvia e incluye un parche para reparar en caso de alguna rasgadura, 100% recomendable!

This jacket’s built for wet days—PU-coated shell with welded seams that block out rain and wind. Lightweight and flexible, ideal for layering over hoodies or work gear. Hood’s adjustable and stays put in wind, and the front zip’s backed with a storm flap for extra protection. Fit’s tidy—not bulky, but roomy enough for movement. Great for site wear, dog walks, or van stash when the weather turns. Packs down small and dries fast. No lining, so it’s best as a top layer. Branding’s subtle, and the finish wipes clean easily. Best paired with a thermal base if you’re out in colder conditions. 👍 Pros ✅ Fully waterproof—PU shell + welded seams ✅ Lightweight—easy to stash or layer ✅ Adjustable hood—stays secure in wind ✅ Storm flap zip—blocks rain entry ✅ Clean finish—wipes down easily 👎 Cons ❌ No lining—needs layers underneath ❌ No inner pockets—just outer hand pockets ❌ Can feel clammy in warm weather—no venting

Barely used the raincoat a few times under heavy downpours, raincoat was soaked, and the material started to break apart, especially near existing seams/folds. Do not recommend.
