Good book
Great book if you are into intermediate level C++ not for absolute beginner. not for. very advanced user too.

Good book for users with prior c++ knowledge
I already had some experience with c++ when I read this book. It is very well written and progression is gradual. I really liked its approach where authors explain things necessary to c++ and discard all the irrelevant details about programming in general. I issued it from library and would have liked to buy it for my future reference but since it is imported, it is way out my price range.
