The tray was just so colorful and attractive. It was fun slicing up all of the carrots and cukes, along with other veggies and several different types of cheeses. We have also used this cutter on potatoes to make our own french fries. This was also a huge success; however, I found with the potatoes it was easier to slice them with a knife first, then use the crinkle cutter.All in all, this is a great product by a well known and respected name in kitchen tools. Saw some crinkle cut veggies at a party last month asked the host where she got them crinkle cut and she shared this info with me. Makes cutting veggies for parties look fancier than we actually are and in case of a break in would make the crime scene analyzing much more interesting for the coroner and forensics team LOL

I have you this for cutting up allsorts of veggies cheese meets and squash and it still slices perfectly It is as sharp as when I sliced wit it the first time.
