Solaray is consistently effective over the years. I take this to detoxify aluminum and my skin looks more hydrated. Great product.

Beneficial for hair, nails, skin, and urinary conditions
I ordered this as a supplement to improve my nail health. I have been struggling with brittle nails that are weak and prone to breakage and splitting. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have a smell. I have not taken the horsetail long enough nor regularly enough to evaluate the effectiveness but horsetail is an herbal remedy for skin, hair, nail, and urinary conditions. It is anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, and antidiabetic. It may have side effects for individuals with other conditions, so you should check any warnings associated with a herbal remedy.
