It is sad to say I am very dissatisfied with this product I purchased 3 iPhone 11 cases. I have received 2 out of the 3. My wife received hers first and it cracked the first day. Her phone fell off the sofa on a wood floor and it cracked. Let me reemphasize her phone fell approximately 2ft off sofa on a WOOD FLOOR. Today I was at gym and my phone fell off the elliptical machine on to a foam floor and it cracked. We have not even had these cases for more then a week and they cracked on first time they are dropped. I am going to return the 3rd case once it arrives. These things are a waste of money! I would NOT Recommend you purchase this product you will be wasting your money!

The case looks very good, but the glass screen impedes the phone’s touch screen. Light touches no longer worked and it took a firmer and longer touch than normal. In addition, the screen cracked the first day when my phone slid (the case is very slick) off a ledge approximately 10 inches to hit a seat belt anchor on the side of the case.

First for my family is customer service.We had a small issue that was resolved in a heartbeat. We were really impressed.Second is appearance. The case really looks great.Third is how easy a case I s to fit. We’ve had a few cases where we felt we could break the phone just trying to force it into the case shell.The case fits really well and the magnets make the two half’s come together nice and tight. With the case on the phone maintains its thin, sleek appearance.

Just received my IPhone 8 Plus case. Fits my phone perfectly. Top and bottom line up correctly. Touchscreen works well. All buttons respond accordingly. The privacy screen works as it should. The colored rim of the case is metallic so I can see that if I drop my phone it may get dented/scratched. The one thing that I believe would It better is if it had rubber/plastic bumpers on edges.

I genuinely loved the classic gold rim look. The cover is 360 which was the first time I have actually tried a cover like that, but it does not work. Towards the edges of the screen my phone was not able to pick up movements from touch so it was too difficult to keep. Not being able to use the corners of your screen is incredibly frustrating.

Loved the privacy screen and how easy it was to put on the phone and clean the screen was sensitive to touch and worked well but the screen sis crack fairly quickly The metal sides were great and provided great protection to the actual sides of the phone and the actual phone screen never cracked nut the protector screen did quite easily

I bought thinking would be amazing as it’s transparent and thought was strong but at the moment my phone fell from my hands , when touched the floor , the case went to the other side and got broken and phone all scratched . Trash and to touch the phone u have to spank it ... it’s almost impossible . I had to take phone out of case most of the times

Nice to look at but horrible to use. My phone could barely and rarely receive my touch commands while in this case. I drop the case 1 Time not from a long/high distance and the whole back of the case shattered. My phone did survive the fall with no damage, luckily.

At first I was in love, it looked gorgeous and seemed to fit well. However, within only a couple weeks problems started to occur. First, I noticed it didn't actually fit perfectly, the phone had a little bit of room to wobble around, which I could feel with a light shake or tip of the phone. Then, the screen cover (which still has quite a large viewing angle, nowhere near the blockage like pictures or videos would suggest) started separating from the case part, allowing dust and particulates to make it underneath the cover between it and the screen. Then, from less than 4 inches I dropped a plastic lighter onto the phone, nearly shattering the entire screen cover.Despite the higher price, at the end of the day this still feels like one of those cheaply made, chinese workshop products advertised on facebook. I thought the premium price and amazon recommendation meant it was legit, but apparently not.

Cool how it clicks together with a magnet. Otherwise it’s crap!First day on: Fell on floor not even high up either and it smashed front and back... this case sucks!
