If you are using a CPAP, you know it's not just you adjusting to this new world, but your partner as well. Hubby has a unit with a nasal mask, and it's been 8 months of trying everything to get to the point where we were both happy. After reading many CPAP pillow reviews and understanding it's very individual, we tried this one. We got lucky as it was the perfect fit first time out. Hubby says it's a very comfortable pillow either on his side or back, and it keeps the mask in place so he doesn't sound like Darth Vader. It is a funky size and shape (it does fit into a standard size case), but it's certainly worth a try!

Works well but very different
It is fairly comfortable but all pillow changes take time to adjust to. It works very well when side sleeping. I don't sleep on stomach so I can't speak on that item. I wish it was more like memory foam for back sleeping

Great CpAP pillow
I am a side sleeper, using the nasal/mouth soft mask with my CpAP machine. Have tried just using a softer pillow as recommended by my provider but still getting leaks, movement and hearing the air sounds way too much.Purchased this pillow based on great reviews and they are spot on. With this pillow I am able to arrange myself in such a way that the mask isn't moving or leaking and I'm not hearing the air sounds as much. While it does not come with a pillow case, a regular case works just fine with it.The seller is great as well. My order did not come with the advertised travel wipes. I contacted them, they responded quickly and sent them right out to me! (received them today :D)Highly recommend this pillow for comfortable CpAP sleeping.

When it arrived it smelled and it cannot be washed with water
When the pillow came it had a really bad odor to it. We decided to wash it. The pillow soaked up the water like a sponge. We were unable to get all of the water out and resulted in mold after days of trying different things to get the water out and dry it. Also the pillow is made up of several separate cushions not one single cushion. Due to this, the cushions shifted and the shape of the pillow to allow for room for the CPAP mask was lost.On the plus side, the cushions were like memory foam and very soft. The original shape of the pillow did allow for use with a full face mask or just nose mask depending on the side of the pillow used.

Too thin to really work!
Weird so many good reviews! It's so thin and gets flat when you put the head in, that the holes it have for the CPAP are useless. Is like not having anything at all.

Yup... it does make a real difference.
Simply put... if you have sleep apnea, have a mask, and struggle with bumping it out of place overnight this pillow definitely helps - it’s comfortable and you can definitely use a regular pillow case over it - the grooves are well positioned - some low, some higher on the pillow so however you sleep there is probably a good position( 2 sided so if grooves aren’t good, try flipping it over!) . I’ve cut nights with displacing mask or waking up after “the breeze” is blowing across my face by at least 1/2. Worth the price . I haven’t regretted spending the money on this a single night - and this one is more affordable than others too.
