This pregnancy has brought a lot of trouble with sleeping (new issue for me - 8th baby) and regular restless leg trouble, and though I still get RL, after taking this for 4 wks, it's very rare (there were periods where it was nightly) and it's never while I'm settling to go to sleep now so that's wonderful. I'm definitely sleeping soundly now and have FAR less headaches and no migraines as well - which had also become a real problem this pregnancy. Sleep quality has obviously improved.The difficulty in assessing this product's effectiveness is in my simultaneously using a Mg lotion, both started within days of one another.It's hard to tell how effective this has been for the main symptoms I've been trying to alleviate as well: pre-term contractions. I'm taking it along with a Mg cream and an herbal tincture to try to stop pre-term labor.Most Mg suppliers warn effects can take weeks to notice. I'd say if this supplement is helping limit contractions - which it may very well be - it took a few weeks to start. Honestly though, I can't tell what is doing what - but I'm certainly staying on this supplement to do all that I can to help.My contractions have backed off a bit, but I think it took a good 2 weeks to notice and this supplement was taken in conjunction with a topical Mg which is supposed to be the ideal absorption form.I chose this supplement specifically though as it looked like the best quality Mg for bioavailability. I normally use a different supplement co but their Mg contains the herb Ashwagandha (which is an abortifacient) so after some searching I found Smarter Nutrition and will continue looking at them for our families supplement needs as their standards seem to be of the caliber I expect, if I am to expect actual results. I am 72 years old and I’m tired of being in Pain all the time my whole body.I have AS,PsA,Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, plus Crohn’s disease.In the last 4 years I’ve had a Knee replacement surgery, then I had my Neckfused then Rotator Cuff surgery 2020. I was offered 2 free bottles for buying 1.I was leery at first but decided to give it a shot. I am very picky about my magnesium.That being said, I am very pleased with the quality, potency, and effectiveness of this brand. I have fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, osteoarthritis, and anxiety and I have trouble sleeping. Finding the right magnesium that will help with a combination of issues is important and this seems to do the job. With other brands I would also need to take more than the recommended dose because my deficiency levels were low, I do not with these. There is also no stomach issues either like I normally experience.Smarter nutrition works quickly. I take it at night and am able to fall asleep and stay asleep. I feel well rested the next day.

I saw a Facebook ad offering to buy one bottle of magnesium and receive 2 free, at first I thought it could be a scan but asked some questions and researched a little and found it to be legit. I have 3 people in my home that have migraines on occasion and found magnesium works wonders! But not all magnesium supplements are equal! I bought my son naturemade magnesium when his Dr said it may help his post concussion migraines and it did nothing. A year later I find this and try it after the research and wow! It works!
