I used these for the first time on Saturday. These are the best scissors ever to use when cutting wafers or flanges for ostomy pouches. The scissors did not hurt my fingers and I did not have to fight to cut the flange. Wished they were engraved but I put my name on them. Definitely makes my job easier as a WOC Nurse.

Purchase to use for my colostomy bag. Provide a very nice smooth and accurate cut. I should had made this purchase months a ago. I gave it 4 stars only because the finger parts to me would be too small for most men. But otherwise a great purchase!

Unless you are an ostomate or someone who works with ostomates, you probably wouldn’t understand the importance of having the right size curved scissors when cutting your faceplate to size. This scissor replaced a scissor that got dull and then broke when I tried to sharpen. These scissors are the proper size with just the right curve.

I just had surgery and have a temp. Ostomy bag. These scissors were recommended by the nurse for changing the wrapping on the bag. Thus far its perfect w the angled scissors. These are sharp so be careful.
