These were recommended for me by a friend of mine who takes them also. I ran out about a week ago. I can honestly say I feel the difference between taking them and nor. I recommended them to my mom. I would highly recommend them to others. I definitely feel better since I started taking these vitamins!!

I blithely took these multivitamins daily for a while, and noticed a few significant differences: my hair and nails were stronger, and I felt better all around. However, I then read the label and found that the dosage of each element (and there are many), was extremely high, so I now take four a week. They aren’t kidding about the high potency!

This is a very good vitamin to take. I've heard a lot a of reviews about them so I decided to try them myself. So far, I've seen an improvement in my energy level. And the bottle is huge.

I love these vitamins because they contain more natural ingredients for their sources. I was referred this brand years ago from a nurse practitioner. I am only giving it 4 stars because they do run on the larger side and a little difficult to swallow. The price is great for the amount.

I love these multivitamins. They have helped a lot with making sure I get the vitamins and minerals I need. They make me feel great 3 days after taking them. The taste isn’t that good but I’ve had multivitamins that have tasted worse.
