What are the measurements of this stand?

The stand is 29 3/4" tall and measures 11 inches square on the top. I really like this stand because it has four legs and is sturdier than the three legged stand I have. The three legged stand is pron to tip very easily; the four legged one you asked about does not tip.

How much is the gap between floor and brackets. Also the gap between the legs. Can we place some item on the floor in that gap

The gap between the floor and the brackets is 6 inches, between the legs is approx 8 1/2 inches, Yes, you probably could place an item om the floor.

Would this hold a lamp (Tiifany)?

The lamp would need to be light in weight. I love the table, rest assured but it isn't for heavy objects.
