do you hide your money some where in your house like I do in an attempt to get a little chunk saved up? yeah it never works.... i got this hoping I could put the money in it and give the key to a friend or relative. Add money when their around but never take money out! This plan might just work..... and if there is an emergency honestly it wont take much to open this safe up but its nice because its easy to hide and it comes with screws to bolt right into a drawer (bad idea they'll just take the whole drawer) or something. I drilled mine right into my work bench behind some stuff. Its perfect for stashing and also its better to have it and possibly prevent a theft then to not have it and get screwed over. Also it would be cool to screw one in under the passenger seat of a car. whatevers clever right?

The Helix personal safe arrived today. Its construction is solid, and its size is perfect to provide "tucked away" privacy. We will use this safe to keep small amounts of cash and the like a bit safer in hotels when traveling. While it is good that hotels provide you a safe, there are staff who have access to them when needed (and when they don't). Just an extra measure of security. I am pleased. Well worth the price!

It's a good safe and works for what I need it for. I'm in a program where my prescription medication has to be in taken home in a lock box or they won't give it to you. I have not had any problems with it other than one of my meds comes in a glass bottle and I dropped it once and it broke the bottle and it liquid so I lost one whole dose of my medication. So I wish it came with foam padding on both sides to help with drops when there is fragile stuff inside. Other than that I have no complaints it does what it's supposed to do.

Great lock for dorms

I use it for a subcompact pistol box. It is solid and easy to anchor via the security cable that is included. It is not likely to hold up to a determined thief but it will keep the honest honest and as it is concealable in a small space it is not going to found by the casual thief. It works as described and has met my expectations.

I liked the size, but it's simply not secure. Definitely not "heavy duty." Anyone who tries for more than 10 seconds is going to get in without a key. Extremely easy to pop open the locked case with only your hands, as demonstrated in the video.

I bought this safe so I could lock up my keys/wallet/phone while swimming in a small lake in my neighborhood, and take one small key with me in my swimming trunks. The construction of the safe is fairly light and loose; anybody with a screwdriver could break this thing open in 30 seconds. Accordingly, it's really only suitable for situations where that sort of break-in would attract public attention, or where you can keep an eye on it. It comes with two keys, and a security cable that's long enough to go around a fence post or park bench leg. I can't think of a lot of scenarios where this safe would do the job, but it does the job I bought it for.

I was so excited when my safe arrived, I honestly don't know why I didn't order one sooner. I bought this small safe to keep in my backback for things like medications that I don't want getting into. Perfect size, light weight, and it comes with 2 keys. I highly recommend this product. I will be buying another one plus some of their larger sizes to keep at home for important things like documents I don't want to lose.

I chose this specific safe as it was smaller than similar ones, it came true to size,brand new in its own box. But out of its own original packaging, it had light scuffing on all 4 rounded corners and 3 small light dents on the top about the size of a pen tip. Not hugely visible but im pretty picky. There were also so very minor, almost indistinct scratches on the top, in the paint. The metal is a little thinner than I expected making the item nice and light but also giving me the impression I could get into it if I really wanted to. It is perfect for what I need it for though and the locking mechanism works smoothly.
