Works great, dissolves eye makeup easily with no tugging of delicate eyelid skin. I previously used Mary Kay product at higher price but this stuff works just as well and less than 1/2 the price! Can't lose!

This eye makeup remover is oil-based and caught my attention because of the many great reviews and affordable price. It works well for removing regular mascara, but when it comes to very waterproof Japanese or Korean mascaras, the performance is quite average. I need to use cotton pads and cotton swabs two to three times to fully remove everything. Overall, it’s okay, but I think I’ll stick to Japanese or Korean eye makeup removers for better results.

I've been using this Neurogena Eye Makeup Remover for a few years now. It does leave an oil residue on the skin, but this is not irritating to my sensitive skin. I usuallyfollow with another face wash so the mild oil isn't an issue. The eye makeup remover doesn't make my eyes burn like other brands have done. My teenage daughter also uses this for her own skincare routine.
