This was my second purchase of an Alpatronix case, as my old one broke after I let my brother use it for a while. As expected, this case worked beyond my original expectations; it kept my iPhone (whose own battery only lasted about two hours at most!) going for most of the day. Very durable - withstood more than a few heavy drops onto concrete/asphalt with no more damage than a few scuffs, unlike my Mophie which stopped working after I dropped it just once onto hard ground. This case managed to give my phone 1.5 or more charges, depending on my use while it was charging, and I will (and have) recommended it to lots of friends. Way more durable and affordable than a Mophie with even more charging ability. If any of my friends are debating getting a Mophie, I tell them to come to Alpatronix instead! The case is a bit bulky, but once you get used to it that won't be a problem, and it's worth it (to me) for the extended battery life. A really great product all in all.

This is my second Alpatronix case. The first case is currently used for another Iphone. Unfortunately the kickstand broke but no big deal. iPhones are very slim and slippery for those who have dry hands so the added bulk of the Alpatronix is a definite plus. I'm impressed with the robust battery as it charges very quickly. The battery case has saved me many times while traveling as outlets are not readily accessible. Great investment.

After they told me how to use it I like it. I thought the phone ran off both batterys at once. But I guess you run your phone battery down you hold the power button on the case for 3 seconds it recharges your phone battery. I sent them an email and they quickly replyied and they helped me. (another senior moment) It goes about 3 days before I need to recharge the batterys. Pretty handy.

The cable connection inside the case bends easily, making it impossible to insert the charging cable. I was able to tweak the connection back to a working position with a safety pin, but it was just a temporary work around. The problem started within 24 hours and was completely useless within 2 days.

I purchased this for my daughter's phone. She dropped the phone and not only did this case break, but the phone broke as well. This case offers no protection. It's not like she dropped it off a building. It was knocked off a coffee table onto a tile floor. Very cheap and poor construction. Would not buy again.

The item arrived on time. So far it's working as expected. It came with the cables and everything offered in the package. Easy to use. My wife is notorious for letting her phone's battery run dry. Although we have only had the Alpatronix case for a few weeks, it appears to be just what we needed. She has had to use the back up battery charger only once and it charged her phone back to 100% in less than an hour. Nice! This product certainly met our expectation and I would highly recommend.

The company was extremely helpful on retuning my defective battery case and sending a new one. I love the battery case it fits my iphone 5c very well and love the color. I will recommend this company yo all my friends that have a iphone 5 c
