The computer arrived exactly when they said it would. It arrived in top condition with charger and all.The software wouldn't allow me to download "restricted apps" not native to microsoft. Having said that, it was easy enough to fix with a quick google search of the model of the computer.This computer is reliable but not good for gaming. For reference, it runs side-scrollers in slow motion.It has great memory and plays movies fine.It is exactly what I wanted and was hoping for, so 10/10. Thanks guys!

The computer runs great. It was not in S mode as advertised but I would have turned that off anyway. I had no issues with bloatware or annoying pre-installed content. I got this computer as a lightweight and portable work computer using microsoft apps and web browser and it is perfect for this. It came with a line of dead pixels along the top of the screen but it is a small issue and easily ignored. Great value for my money.Only other gripe is that vendor sent wrong charging cable that was not compatible with the laptop, but i had an old charging cable that was compatible so i did not need to contact the vendor to resolve the issue.

I didn't do research on the processor speed, and compared to my old dinosaur HP, the processor is slower. However, this is a good laptop for students, seniors, and leisure, for the price point. My daughter is using her for college and finds it good for that purpose. It will be good for email, web surfing, etc, but definitely not gaming or a business laptop.

As a full time student, I was looking for a laptop that would be reliable, capable, and long lasting. Not to mention, something that was in my price range. This laptop was the perfect price for a full time student and I feel good that I have equipment that will last me through my educational process. It also has ALL of the updated programs needed for college level courses!

This was a quick and simple purchase for my parents to use and hook up to the TV screen. One useful quality was setting up the laptop. Once you turn on the laptop it was a very quick step by step set up. I would suggest people to get this laptop for VERY simple use such as work only or a quick use for school.

I bought this for a job I no longer have. I only needed it for creating word documents so it was fine. I’m told I’d need a lot more memory for anything serious, but now my kid is just using it to learn how to type, and we stream movies on it. So I guess if you don’t have a bunch of stuff you need to do, this computer is great. I’m happy with it.

I was happy with this at first it seemed to work really we it was quick clear and sort of fast, very good for the price I paid. But then there started to have problems. I got this on November 30th late November 30th at that so because of the scheduling I had I wasn't able to even use it until the first of December it is now the seventeen just a little over two weeks after I got this and the entire thing crashed on me. Even when I was being very careful about how I used it, and made sure to shut it down when it wasn't in use. I never dropped it, never fell to the ground and didn't spill anything on it. I closed it just the previous night so I could do some work that would take me only a couple of minutes and when I got back it wouldn't turn on at all. It is and was fully charged, but I left ti alone and let it charge over night just to be sure but it still will not turn on. If I had known this was going to happen or it was only going to last as long as it did, I would have waited a bit longer and spend a bit more on another brand of computer. This computers seeing as I wasn't doing any heavy gaming or anything remotely close to that, but reading and listening to light music isn't worth it cost and will likely crash for anyone who wants to get some heavy work done on it like school work or other similar things. I would suggest not to get this, or if you do be prepared to go to a computer repair shop not long after getting it like I am.

It's an okay second computer but it's really cheap feeling. The front edge is sharp and leaves callouses on the heels of my hands so forget long-term typing. And the screen is hyper sensitive, so just hovering near a key can lose all my information or suddenly snap up a strange screen I didn't ask for. Overall I hate it. But it works and you get what you pay for, though I paid more than enough and I wouldn't buy a computer again without seeing it, touching and typing on it, because this design is so crappy it actually injures me!!! Think twice before buying.
