VIVEsole3/4 Plantar Fasciitis Insoles for Women and Men - Orthopedic Inserts for Flat Feet, Arch Support, Fatigue, and Lower Back Pain Relief - Non Odor Foam Cup Support

I have wore it in my shoes for a few days. In the beginning, it felt strong support and the feet seemed to hang in the air. After wearing for a few days, my feet start to adapt and the sole pain felt mitigated. I think it worked. I’ll keep wearing it in my daily life. The half sole design makes it really easy to move to another pairs of shoes. Good!

I used these for boots that were not providing enough arch support. (Even though they are size wide Earth Origin boots, the footbed is not quite wide enough for me at the arch area, so these Orthotics come in handy, adding more support ).In general, they help a lot, as I was able to wear these boots, with a short heel. (Haven't worn heels in perhaps 20 years).However, for some reason I can feel the front edge of the Orthotic, perhaps due to the slant from the heel.As I have extremely sensitive feet, & was not wearing socks, it felt like the edge cut into the ball of my foot. Will try with socks to see if that helps.The support is otherwise very, very good for my wide feet.This has been the 1st time to be able to wear closed shoes in many years, due to ankle, knee, hip & back injuries.I am retired & live in Hawai'i, so have no need for closed shoes, but was planning a trip to the Continental US, so needed some.Normally I wear Birkenstock, Orthaheel Vionic Tide flip flops, or more recently, a Dansko sandal.I also just got some Alegria Mary Jane style shoes. I don't need the Orthotics for those.If socks don'the help, will look for full length Orthotics in this brand, as these are thin enough to fit in the boots.

I must admit I was skeptical about these inserts. My ankles roll in, and I have been having plantar fasciitis. I was going to buy more expensive inserts, but want to have multiples for all my shoes. I performed an internet search for the best inserts for pronation and these came up. They work great! They feel a bit odd at first as your feet/arches adjust to them, not pain, just odd. They do correct your foot placement. I have made a second order. I am also going to try their other foot pad, one that you trim.

Per my doctor's advise, I chose the type of orthotic Vivesole offers, a 3/4 design to help with heel spur pain. This product truly works! I immediately noticed the soft, gentle arch support which apparently lifts my foot into a more level line. Therefore, my heel is no longer "taking a beating" with each step. I have been able to walk without "knife jabs" in my heel! I highly recommend Vivesole! This Product is well made, and medium size is perfect for me: female size 8.5 shoe. This product is worth every penny, and priced well. Buy 2 pair...I did, and glad for that.

I initially wrote a 5 star review: These are very comfortable and help with pain from plantar fasciitis. They also stay-put better than other 3/4 orthotics I've tried--they cup around my heel really well so that they won't slide forward. They're also really lightweight and slim enough for most of my shoes.But after wearing them for a few weeks, the darker green/blue piece of foam on the bottom is already coming off. The glue is strong enough that I cannot remove them entirely and re-glue, but they're slowly slipping off to the side on their own as a walk. See photos. Very disappointing.I then received another pair, in response to this review. These are under a 120 day warranty. Good customer service. However, the new pair was even worse! After one day (ONE DAY), one of the green pads had slipped off almost entirely--but then adhesed itself to the side of the orthotic, and to the bottom/side of my shoe. So I appreciate the opportunity to give these a second chance, but I'm actually more disappointed with the second pair than the first.

Worked great. Good arch support and comfort to my sore heals. Took away my pain during w8 hours of standing and walking at work. Took away the pain of waking up and walking in the middle of the night or morning.Bad news they only lasted a few weeks bore they stopped working. Materials broke down to quick, which could be my own fault. Being 6’2” and 290 lbs and standing all day at the hospital sowing about 18,000 steps a day there I probably broke them down faster than an average sized person.

(free sample received for review purposes)I have a minor case of plantar fasciitis in one foot and these definitely relieve the pressure and I have zero pain. Personally I wouldn't mind if the arch was a little higher, I have high arches but for most they are probably the right height. They just don't relieve the pain they kind of feel good also. Because they are 3/4 length they are ideal for running or walking exercise because they keep you on your toes. Because of the 3/4 length you do have to hold them in place when you put your foot in the shoe but they do stay put once your foot is in.

Este producto es ideal para las personas que al contrario del pie plano tienen el arco del pie pronunciado y bien definido, también sienten dolores por determinados tipos de zapatos como son los que tienen superficie plana, como los tenis, zapatos bajitos y todos aquellos zapatos donde el pie intenta estar plano pero por lo bien definido o pronunciado que tienen el arco del pie estas personas resulta doloroso e incómodo, vienen cortas pues únicamente protegen, soportan y rellenan lo que es el espacio entre el arco y la plataforma del calzado. Excelente producto lo recomiendo ampliamente si tienes el arco del pie pronunciado o bien definido.

Insoles are useless to me. I didn’t realize that I was not given an opportunity to select a size. So when they arrived it was immediately apparent that they would not fit and for some reason they cannot be returned even though the package is unopened
