Worked within 24 hours
Had a fancy goldfish that had bladder issue and constantly floated to the top and upside down within 24 hours the fish was back to normal also had other goldfish in tank that didn't didn't have issue but wernt affected by treatment

Unfortunatley it didn't work but I think the fish was too far gone but was worth a try anyway

Wouldn't recommend
As soon as I put this medicine in the water my fish declined rapidly, she swam a little and then suddenly barely moved except to breath... I had been treating her swim bladder for two months... She had remained stable and her fins started to heal. She died a week after using this medication and so did all the snails in the tank ( I knew that was a risk so I expected this).
