Best stuff ever! Stings a little at first or more of a cold feeling then no pain or discomfort vrry soon , so glad I found this.

This works really good it doesn't have a bad smell. Tje bottle is a good size. It is thick cream and easy to use. Over all it is a good product.

This product is identified as a Herbaceous Hemorrhoid Ointment. However its active ingredient is definitely not herbaceous. The active ingredient is chlorhexidine acetate. I purchased this with the understanding that it was strictly herbal but when I received the product and reviewed the ingredients list I was shocked to see this chemical listed. Unfortunately I had already opened it. Chlorhexidine is a disinfectant and antiseptic & can have a variety of side effects including skin irritation. Not willing to risk it. No thanks. I threw it away. It was a waste of money.

If you are suffering from hemorrhoid pain please do not hesitate to buy this product! I tried so many other ointments and none helped like this one! It feels cooling for about 15 min but it will shrink your hem and relief will follow! Recommend 100%

Possibly due to the heat in my area, the actual tube was leaking the cream from the crimped end. It was not a good crimp. There was cream all inside the little box the tube was in. The little box was completely sealed in a shrink-wrapped plastic material. I think the cream is ok to use. I’ll come back & update this after I actually use the cream.
