So disappointed
If I could leave zero stars i would...my son was burnt badly i needed these pads for his burn change i ordered the ag and did not receive what I ordered i tried to do a return when it says it eligible for return than its not i paid almost 50 dollars for something I can't use running around trying to find it now while my son is in pain. I called the customer support number they gave me and there is nothing they can do because this company who sells them is a scam they gave me a new number to call directly that is legit si now have to wait days to get correct product ended up running to the er so it could be changed...so disheartening and dishonest for a company to do this...1st picture is what i got 2nd picture is what i needed and said I was getting

Nothing works better on stubborn wounds that won't go away!
And of course it's pricey, because I can't find anything else like it... Out here on Amazon, I have found foam absorbent dressings that have the Au (silver) but no adhesive backing on them. I have found foam absorbent dressings that have adhesive backing on them but no Au (silver). And I have found foam absorbent dressings that have the Au (silver) and that only partly have an adhesive backing on them, meaning that they are basically bordered. And so, these are the only foam absorbent dressings that I've come across that have the Au (silver) AND an adhesive backing on them. And why is that so important? Well for me, pretty much anything that's bordered or has to be secured with medical tape, does damage to my wound when I take it off. This is the only stuff that doesn't cause damage to my wound when I remove it. And since it already has medicine within it, all you really have to do is cut it to size and slap it over your wound. And seeing as how the entire backing of it has adhesive on it, it really is okay to put it on, over, and around a wound. And that's thanks to the "Safetac" technology that these silicone foam dressings have. And so, if pretty much everything you've tried keeps damaging your wound when you take it off, I would highly recommend trying this stuff.

Great product, but beware of the seller from GA!
This is really a 5 star product, honestly I can’t say enough good about it. Be I have recently bought 3 boxes. The last two boxes came from different sellers: Raja Outlet out of Pennsylvania sent the correct product. However, another box shipped from GA was a cheaper version of the product, without the bacteria static silver compound. Otherwise the safe manufacturer, size, and composition, but it is not usable since I require the Mepilex Ag. I ordered and paid for the Mepilex Ag but got the cheap inferior version. Worst part: even though the seller committed fraud, there was no recourse. I could not return nor exchange for the item I should have received. I am now stuck with junk that I can’t use and pad almost $50 for. How is this even allowed? BEWARE

Best healing bandages
Awesome if you have hard to heal wounds. I wish I'd known about these sooner.

This stuff is amazing. I bought it for my son's wound. He sliced himself pretty good and got stitches.it wasn't healing well at all until I put this on. I left it on for three days straight, didn't touch it, and saw significant improvement. Where as the week before we saw almost no improvement with other bandages. It was still bleeding a steady amount the whole first week and was very open. It finally closed over with this. Now just have to figure out how to get the stitches out. I don't want to take them out too soon but also don't want to let it grow over.

Se están usando en una paciente con úlcera varicosa y responden bastante bien. Aunque una recomendación indica que pueden usarse hasta por siete días, ha sido mejor cambiarlos, máximo, a los cinco días.
