I would prefer the sea drop.
I bought both this and the sea drop. Both of them are tons better than the anti fog spray. The spray never worked for me.However I would think this one is too dense. It takes more effort to apply it smoothly. The sea drop is a better value option.

This really works!
Great product! You do need to re-apply after a dive but it really works and doesn't smear your lenses so you have a clear view.

I had used the sea drops before and thought they were great so I figured these would be even better. Nope. If you follow the directions, it leaves streaks in the masks because the gel is so thick. But if you wash it too much then the mask gets foggy. I would not suggest buying it. Get the sea drops instead… They are awesome!
