They were recommended to me by a friend who had gastric bypass surgery. I started out 70lbs overweight and have been using this as a breakfast replacement to help me lose weight.I do not like the thick shake texture, but I wanted the sweet flavor. I mix mine with water and Oat Milk for the creamy, oreo-like flavor, but not that thick texture.If you do like the thick shake texture, I would recommend blending it with ice, a little water, and milk/milk sub choice you like.
