My daughter loves this conditioner. She washes and rinses her hair then added a handfull (she has long hair) to her hair and works it into the bottom 3/4 and roots. She avoids the scalp because it makes her hair look oily. She leaves it on for the amount of time recommended on the jar, then rinses it out. It makes her hair silky and it looks healthy too. I think the amount of time she leaves it on is 10 to 15 minutes. She says she completes the rest of her shower rituals before she rinses.
