Product smells good. I got 19”+, but not the 24”+ like it was advertised.

Not sure all strands are there...very small and low quality

This is my first time using Sweetgrass in my spiritual practice so I don't exactly know what to expect when burning this. With prior experience burning other things, such as White Sage and Palo Santo wood, it takes a short while to burn and smudge the way you want it to for your space or upon yourself without added flames.Although this product is beautifully braided and the price is decent at best, this Sweetgrass was indeed the most difficult to burn and to keeping burning throughout my ritual, when only burning it through one of the cut ends. So I found it best for me if you bring the 2 cut ends of the whole braid together (keep the excess for a candle spell) and tie the thick, braided end with a rubber band and then burn the cut end with a high flame. This makes the burn last a tad bit longer and makes it look like a green equivalent to White Sage.The smell of the Sweetgrass is just as worse to me as the sage so there is no difference in that. With the smoke as well, it is rather dense, as opposed to White Sage or Palo Santo wood smoke (which are both very light). Palo Santo wood is best scented and strongest to burn & spiritually wise, as it requires the smallest effort in burning, as the wood from the flame will spread and keep the flame going until you feel best to blow to start off the smoke and has its own oil to keep it burning as you please. Also you notice instant results with Palo Santo. Sweetgrass ashes go everywhere and anywhere in the room so it is the messiest to clean up afterward.Whether you buy this only for its spiritual properties or not is up to you. I hope its spiritual properties work for me & brings more positivity and good luck into my life, during the current Mercury Retrograde. But on the practical side of burning Sweetgrass, its in the middle for me. Like with everything, you just have to work with it (however which way you want) and see what happens. This was my experience. It is a pretty braid through. So if you don't use it to smudge, perhaps you can use it for candle herb dressing or however which way you like.

My teenage son uses this with his grass dance regalia (which can't really be washed too well). It smells so good! It gets stored in the case with the rig and I'm glad it does!!!

Sweet Grass from Amazon? Who would've thought? I've bought a lot of sweet grass through the years, probably 10-15 braids a year. This is ABSOLUTLEY SOME OF THE BEST!! One braid was 32 inches long the other braid was 36 inches long. Both of them have real nice smell. Both have nice tight braids and they're not dried out or crumbly. Great price! Great bargain! I will buy from this seller again guaranteed

The media could not be loaded.  È la prima volta che entro in contatto con la sweetgrass, il suo odore mi ha conquistato, è favolosa!Purtroppo però questo articolo non brucia affatto, ora non so se sia normale un comportamento del genere, ma credo di no, credo che c'è un problema di fondo con questo articolo.Ho provato anche a essiccarlo dentro il forno per 8 ore a 50 gradi, la combustione è migliorata solo un pochettino ma non a sufficienza per fare le fumigazioni come andrebbero fatte.Non acquisterò più questo articolo, a meno che non abbia bisogno della sweetgrass come erba da mettere nei sacchettini, allora può essere utile, per il resto credo che cercherò altrove.
