The media could not be loaded. I just rec'd these today and was excited to see how well they work. I had a very old pair of earrings to try them out on and they cleaned them up nicely.

Sorry no photos, tough to see in a photo the differences these things make. Don't take my word for it, spend the $13 bucks and change and buy a set. I doubt you'll be sorry! They are great around stainless steel bolsters and pommels where you don't want to get too close to your scales with a big buffing wheels and compound. These should be used for finishing work removing small scratches - NOT deep gouges. Advice...don't get lazy and skip grits. If you follow the grit path, just like sanding belts on the grinder, each one does a better job than the previous grit and when you get to the end, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!! They are pretty thin, but if you want/need it to be "thicker", you can stack 2-3 together on the mandrel. Also, pay attention and install the pinwheels with the fins facing the proper direction - or else it won't work (see the picture on the top of the box). I agree with some of the other reviewers, although I could buy some additional mandrels, it wouldn't cost them that much more to include a separate mandrel for each included grit (one additional mandrel). Also - the grit structure that is displayed on the top of the organization box is NOT the same color sequence that they are actually in, in the box. Take a couple of minutes and rearrange the pinwheels in the proper sequential order. if not, you WON"T be happy with the results. You've been warned!!

I’m really happy for the variety of grits and the use I’m getting out of these to clean up my silver rings. I just wish there was an included tool to unscrew the chucks, my flathead screwdriver is just a bit too wide to fit. Would be nice to have a dedicated tool instead of finding something to fit.

These are the best. They polish up metal very quickly, get into tight spaces, and you can stack a few on the mandrel if you want to polish a bigger surface. I wouldn't waste these polishing a large surface, but for polishing little things and tight crevasses, you can't go wrong.

While these do work , they do seem to wear down rather quickly, however I’m not particularly experienced with this style of sanding/polishing so it’s possible it’s just how these things go. If that’s the case however, it’s a pretty expensive way to finish things in the long run.I’d say this is the kind of thing you keep in your back pocket for difficult jobs, but if you’re using it regularly, you might need to look for an alternative that’s less costly.

A friend told me about these and I bought them the same day. The value for the price is good, good quality and size. They polishing great for small item, easy to use, and last a long time.

First time user, and they worked better than I anticipated. I was particularly surprised how long they continue to abrade. After a very long period of constant, high speed use, you'll begin to lose an arm here or there, but well past the point of where it would have been disappointing.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:They are just little spinning plastic wheels. There’s ZERO GRIT ON THESE. If you enjoy the smell of warm plastic than this is for you!!
