Technically, there is no "use by" but there is a staling process. Heat speeds up the staling process so keep it in a dark cool storage place and keep the bag sealed. The way to tell how quickly it's staling is the quality of taste. Some blends become more bitter while others taste weaker. Hope this helps.

How much caffeine is in this product?

We haven’t measured the caffeine content so we can’t give you an exact figure. Robusta coffee beans generally contain around twice as much caffeine as Arabica beans. As Strong Shit is made up of 50% Arabica and 50% Robusta, we would estimate that it will contain roughly 50% more caffeine than a typical full Arabica blend.
