Does the Office pack of 10 come in the colours in the photo ?

The document wallets I received were in the colours shown in the photo.

Where can I get new adhesive spine labels for these folders?

Avery do a range of peelable labels mainly on A4 size sheets to put through a printer. Alternatively Brother label printers print to thermal paper / vinyl in various colours: as long as you want. For example 12mm wide x 250mm long. Hope this helps.
