OrolayWomen's Thickened Down Jacket Winter Warm Down Coat

I love this jacket! I wanted a jacket like this but I didn't want to $$$$ for it. It's a beautiful color and very warm. Only complaint is that the zipper doesn't unzip from the bottom, which would come in handy when you are sitting down. I'm 5'6", 160 and I got a small. It just fits, a little snug around my hips (my widest part). I feel like if I got a medium it would be too big every where else.

EDITED TO INCREASE STARS BECAUSE OF EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - Sad to say that this coat's seam ripped, sending a TON of stuffing everywhere, less than 60 days after I got it. It's really too bad, because I loved the way it looked and it was very warm. EDIT - Orolay reached out to me to try and rectify the situation. They sent me a label to send the defective coat back, free of charge, and refunded me the second I dropped it off at UPS. I purchased a different Orolay coat as a replacement, and I'm loving it.

I did not go down in size as recommended by other reviewers. I am so glad I went with my normal size which is a size 14. It fits perfect in the arms chest and shoulders. It is a little bit looser towards the bottom but there is a inside cinch string to make it a little snugger in the waist. I am 5‘6“ and I weigh approximately 170. I like to put a sweatshirt underneath once in a while and the jacket fit me perfect! The quality and warmth of this jacket is very good quality. I got the green which is more of a a army green and I love it! I am not crazy about the fake fur around the hood so I did take that off. The hood is big and it comes with drawl strings to adjust it around your head. The front zipper zips all the way up to your chin and I do not need to use a scarf or a hat because the hood is so comfortable and cozy with drawstrings. Another reason I am glad I did not downsize is the sleeve lengths are perfect on me now and I would not want them shorter.

This appears to be a well-made and attractive coat. It is thick and appears that it would be warm. The zippers worked well and the pockets were good size. However the XXL fit more like an XL especially in the shoulder and arm areas which made putting it on over winter clothes impossible for me. So I have to return this coat.

I love this coat. It is truly warm and fits perfect in the shoulders and breast, is a bit wide in the waist and rear but after having a long coat which was a struggle to maneuver in this is a blessing! It totally blocks the wind and I do like the option of layering under the coat if I want to but it’s so warm..love the fact that it doesn’t bind on you. It’s a wonderful coat. Great value for the price!

Coat was long, returned it . 5’4 was down to my knees ordered a large. No Inside sealed pockets

I was looking for a longer coat to cover my cheeks during the winter, had a decent hood, and one that was warm without being too bulky. This coat checks all the boxes and then some! I am tall, 5'7" with long arms and torso and broad shoulders, I went with the medium. I worried that it would be too big and bulky on me but it surprisingly fits me well. Plenty of room in the shoulders, sleeves hit me just right and I have room to wear layers if need be. Oh and I love the front pockets, they open on the top and are big and roomy for gloves, phone and keys...I always worry about the slit pockets because they are never deep enough and my phone always falls out. The bottom-front hem hits me just above the knees and that back hem hits right above the back of the knee. If you are on the shorter side, this coat might be a little long on you. I've only been able to wear this two times since I bought it, but both times it kept me very warm. All in all, a great buy, the fabric and stitching look/feel top quality!

I had gotten this coat for a trip to Iceland from Rhode Island in late October and this coat was perfect for when the temps dropped below 45 degrees Fahrenheit (too warm for warmer temps above 45 degrees). I would not recommend it solely for water expeditions as it's water resistant but not waterproof. The length covers my bum which 1 factor to why I returned another coat I had gotten here on Amazon. For reference, I wore t-shirt, hoodie/sweater, jeans or thermal pants. I'm 36 yrs old, 180 lbs, size 12/14 in jeans, size 8 in shoes, size medium in tops, 38DD bust, and the Large fit great with the multi layers. I was able to zip up and sit comfortably on the bus.

I’m 65 years old and this weather gets to your bones at my age, but this coat is like having your duvet wrapped round you! Going to work in your bed! :D😴👌🏻😁git loads if pickets & you can move really easy as it’s lightweight which is surprising 💯⛄️

La XXL corresponde a 48/50 española pero soy muy alta y la manga me queda demasiado corta para una prenda de abrigo. Abriga mucho,la capucha es tipo esquimal si la cierras,estupenda para ventiscas, no me gusta que no tenga bolsillos laterales, sólo los de solapa que quedan un poco altos,sobre todo si eres alta. La he devuelto por las mangas pero era bonita.
