TASTY PAGE TURNER!
How often do I find the perfect cookbook? Out of all the MANY cookbooks I own, this has got to be my first in over 30 years that tops them all. Why? For many great reasons: 1) There are photos to go with every recipe. 2) After looking over every single recipe, from breakfast to dinner, from snacks to desserts with sides and sauces in-between, for the exception of maybe a couple, every recipe sounded and looked amazing! A cookbook I can actually use every single day! This book is never seeing the bookshelf! 3) It is easy to read, even for my tired, older eyes. That's important when you're in the kitchen and need to see what to do next! 4) It's easy to follow. While I think it could be improved with directions listed as step 1, then 2, and 3, and so on. But it is still written in an easy to understand way to follow. 5) Informative. This is a Keto book and gives all kinds of great information for newbies like me who are still trying to figure out how to benefit from something I just started a week ago and am already losing weight and feeling wonderful! To the author, from a fellow author, well done and bravo! Thank you for publishing this beauty of a cookbook! I wish you well and hope my comments reach other cooks eager to find that golden book they'll love!

Easy recipes with simple ingredients!
I am really enjoying this cookbook. During this pandemic, I've been staying home as much as I can, and I've discovered that I can make most of these recipes with just having the basics on hand. I have many keto cookbooks that I love, but this one is great when you don't have much time to plan, because you'll already have most ingredients in your house.Edit: Although I still love this cookbook and highly recommend it, there are a few things that would improve it:1. More pictures and on the same page as the recipe. I'm a visual person - I always feel like I just NEED to see what the finished product is supposed to look like. 56% of the recipes have pictures (although some of them are not on the same page as the recipe) - unlike other reviewers, I actually counted (because ya know, pandemic, lots of free time...).2. Some recipes could benefit from having more specific pan size listed - for instance, the tuna casserole just says to grease a casserole dish - there are LOTS of sizes of casserole dishes - I would have appreciated exact dimensions. And this is where a picture would've helped - I could have eyeballed the correct size by referencing the picture (many recipes DO list exact dimensions or don't need to, so this isn't a criticism of all the recipes).3. If a specific amount of water is used in the recipe, list it as one of the ingredients - this has happened several times, and always catches me off guard.4. If an ingredient is divided, list it as such in the ingredient list (such as 2 cups parmesan, divided).Now having said all this, I still do enjoy the cookbook. One of my favorite dishes is the stir-fried scallops - SO easy and SO DELICIOUS!! I have also enjoyed both cucumber dishes - the creamy dill-cucumber salad and the stuffed cucumber slice (both are perfect for the summer). I also loved the quick "breaded" pork - again, very easy and oh, so tasty!One other thing - I would love some pressure cooker recipes (or maybe an option for some, such as the soups) - an idea for the next cookbook?

Great easy to follow cookbook
I came across this cookbook discovering Keto for the first time to improve my health and lose weight. The author Lisa does an amazing job simplifying the Keto lifestyle and her recipes are so delicious and healthy. Check my photos above; strawberry lemonade, tortilla chips, curry chicken, beef ginger tips and asparagus, bacon wrapped stuffed broccoli chicken, pancakes and almond butter bars. My family enjoyed the meals. This easy cookbook gave me the confidence to continue Keto lifestyle permanently. Thank you Lisa for this beautiful coobook!

Great recipes but difficult print
Beautiful cookbook with beautiful pictures and great recipes. However. Most of the print is very tiny and is pastel light print on glossy paper which makes it very difficult to read

Good recipes. Attractive presentation. Room to write my non-keto additions if I choose.

This is the cookbook I have waited for years and years!
I am diabetic and find most cookbooks for diabetics are dreary and often give ratings that are not really good for diabetics, even from medical agencies. My husband bought this book for me, partly for the YUM, partly because he eats mostly what I cook, and mostly because this cookbook doesn't require me to do any math. I love this cookbook and recommend it for any of us needing help with diabetes or weight.

Lisa, Hi!!! I have cooked a few of your recipes so far and I’m in love with the cookbook. Thank you so much!!I’m the wife and do all the cooking for my husband and myself. We have been doing LCHF for awhile now and I had run out of ideas and recipes. I don’t like for the food to get boring and eat the same things over and over. I ran across your recipes and then I saw your cookbook. Had to have it. If you’re wondering get it!!! You won’t be sorry that’s for sure!!! 😁😁😁You make the recipes so simple and easy and I have all the ingredients to make them. The recipes are very tasty and very good. I sent mine back. The quality of the book is great and the recipes looked good, but most of them are 6+ ingredients. More intense than the cover states. I don't like to cook and wanted something very basic.
