Perfect device, specially the connect feature.
I mean it's fluke, what can I say. It's perfect device and the connection with the cellphone, or tablet, it's a really awesome feature!! it allows you not only to see a reflection of the measurements but also you can graph your values over time with the capture mode. It's like a scope!! but with one second sampling time so is not exactly a scope but really close and really nice. The build quality is excellent as you may know.

Display is SLOW
Overall - bought mine about 2 years ago - wireless functions are so excellent to have in the rare times I need them. I actually don't have any modules, I use the DMM with the APP on my Phone - works fantastic. I also had the Fluke 233, the one with the detachable remote display. That was awesome as well, but I sold it because is ate batteries like a gorilla and if I remember correctly, that was 4 AA in the body and 2 AA in the display portion. Gets a bit crazy. But the 3000FC has been super nice with ONE EXCEPTION - compared to my 87VI and 117, this display digits are sluggish. So when I'm watch voltage drops/spikes for instance, the display is always trying to keep up with the changes. THAT is VERY ANNOYING. But, that's the only bad thing I can say about the meter - other than that it is a solid purchase - although my 87VI is my main, this is my close 2nd.

Five Stars
Great meter. Doubt it will be as durable as my 77 and 87 but not as much money either.

Perfect instrument for in-cabinet and even remote troubleshooting
This device is primarily for remote troubleshooting. If you don't need that functionality, there are plenty of other great Fluke meters to look at.

Fluke wireless multimeter
I purchased the fluke 3000 fc, two v3001 & pc adapter. For the most part it does the job. The larger flk-3000 has better range then v3001. I use them on buses and get about 30ft if mounted in engine compartment and 60ft plus outside line of sight.Cons. When using a laptop and pc adapter you can only graph one at a time ( the iPad/iPhone app lets you do multiple). Also if your graphing a signal such as voltage looking for an intermittent drop out, the graph will stop when it goes from volts to milivolts just when you need it most to see fault! No analog sweep. Did not come with magnet or hook hanger.Pros. Much more affordable then previous detachable head model and way better battery life.
