This hair dye is easy to use, it works very well on stubborn grey hair, does not damage my hair, and the color blends flawlessly, and the color lasts until my hair grows out. This is my go to and so much more affordable than the salon with the same quality results.

I started using this product as a fill in - during Covid. I keep it on hand for quick color on roots in between my professional color appointments. Easy to mix and apply. Works in 45 minutes. Seems to soften and moisturize hair a bit - which I like.

The only root touch up I use. Recommended by my hair dresser. It lasts longer than other brands. Covers my roots without loosing my highlights.

I applied this as described and I’ve done my own roots many times before. It did not work as expected. I fully saturated the product using a professional al application brush instead of the smaller one in the kit. It covered about 70% of my gray hair and left patches throughout. Very disappointed. I was hoping to like this product since it half the cost of MR unfortunately it did not compare.

This hair color is beautiful and lustrous and doesn't irritate my scalp like other box dyes have done in the past!! Great for sensitive scalp all around I think. That is a super win for me and it is super easy to use. I also love that two applications are included in this so really that's just $15 per touch up with salon quality instant results. My main issue is that the color does not last as long for me. I wash my hair maybe a 1-3 times a week and I noticed my color starting fading in around a few weeks. My salon touch ups last much longer. If you ever reformulate, please consider it actually being a more permanent color dpHUe. Other than that, love this product.

Really happy with this purchase. I was super nervous about using it after reading the reviews. I have medium brown hair and recently put highlights in it for the first time. Typically, I have to use hair color that is medium brown neutral. If it has any hint of golden in it my hair comes out to orangey. I purchased the medium brown root color up as well as the Semi permanent gloss/toner in light brown. As I mentioned, I was nervous that my hair would come out to orangey because of the reviews. I am so glad I went ahead and tried it. You do have to leave it in for 45 minutes. It looks absolutely beautiful on my hair and blended in very naturally. The light brown gloss added a really pretty look to my highlights. This product is pretty expensive but my hair grows out about 50% gray and I start to notice it at 2 to 3 weeks post color. So I am using this As a way of not having to go to the salon all the time. I have used it twice and I am really happy so far. Pricewise, it is worth it to me to use this product. The gloss will probably last me 3 to 4 uses. The root touchup is only for two uses as mentioned in the product description.

****updating my previous 5 star review. While this product still works, they are skimping. My last two purchases only included one small shampoo and conditioner. I thought it was an oversight the first time, but my latest purchase (the second with the newer packaging) was missing another set as well. They used to provide two sets - on for each application. A little disappointing since I feel that is an important part of the process. This is my third time purchasing this. I have hair that has gone grey in the front but still brown in the back and I get salon highlights and touch ups about once every 2 months. I use this in between to cover the grey in the front and it blends perfectly with my salon color. It doesn’t stain my skin either like the salon color does. Just before rinsing it out, I use a dry qtip to blend the hairline and it cleans right up. It smells good too as do the shampoo and conditioner they give you. If I had one compliant is that they provide two sealed developers but only one tube of cream. I try my best to split it halfway for the second use. No matter how tightly I screw the cap on, the first few squeezes on the second use are discolored and green. Not sure if that affects anything color-wise but it would be nice to have a separate tube for each application. Overall, very happy with this product!
