Great book
The book was great and.cery detailed. I liked the graphics the most because it not only explained how to move, it showed the audience how to move and how to flow.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

One of the few books on Chi Sao
I'm not here to diss the author. He did a great work by putting this out. Most wing chun teachers love to talk about how you can't learn chi sao from a book and it all depends on sensitivity. However true that may be, you've got to start somewhere. This book is a good place. And I think in future volumes he will make it even better.I would buy this book with James Yimm Lee's Wing Chun Kung Fu. Pair these two together and attend seminars if you have no wing chun teacher close by. You can contact me at College Station Wing Chun on Facebook if you can't find someone to answer your questions.

Chi Sao
I love this ebook because it brought back memories of doing chi sao with my sifu. It has been along time but I still remember how to do chi sao.

Great for close contact defense!
I have just a little experience with the sticky hands drill. I remember trying to translate it to my weaker side and how challenging it was to double the drill. The book is well done with easy to understand instructions and illustrations. I highly recommend practicing until it becomes muscle memory. It may even be helpful to have a person who can read the drill as two people perform it.Excellent for close quarters defense and defend and strike together. Highly recommend for women.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

It's pretty straightforward and doesn't waste any time with pointless advice
It's pretty straightforward and doesn't waste any time with pointless advice. There are a lot of pictures with step by step instructions. However, it is a pretty short book with large print and pictures, so made me feel like I was reading a kids short story book. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars. For the price, there might be more thorough books.
