Can I use this with my iPhone 13 pro? ? Also what magnification does it provide?

You should be able to use it with any phone, as it clips on. Not sure of magnification, because you can't use it without a phone to look through, but it's easy to zoom in with the phone to enlarge the image

Can the device be used with IPad 7th generation?

It works with a magnetic mount to attach the device and just works with phone camera. There’s no app or software. As long as the camera is a similar size lens to a smartphone lens… probably would work?

Will this dermatoscope be back in stock in the future or is it not being manufactured anymore?

I bought one recently from Amazon after it had been out of stock so its possible it will be back in stock

Does this have a graticule for measurement of magnified images?

No it doesn’t but for the price the images taken were excellent quality
